I currently run the Data team at Replit. Before that, I founded and ran a venture-backed startup, and was an early Data Scientist at Airbnb.

I think the best Data teams empower other teams to get stuff done. They free data from silos, unblock ops teams, measure impact, and help to make sense of the business at scale.

I lead a team that does this AND we also get to build tools and processes in close collaboration with Replit's AI team to change the way software is built.
